We will be very happy – if you accept an invitation to an open rehearsal – because *we can’t move without you*!
This project ” MOVE” was born from a conversation about sustainability in dance and theatre, between the director Petra Tejnorová, dancer Tereza Ondrová and the members of Temporary Collective.
Over the past year, we have been gradually setting up new working methods and trying to challenge our procedures and models. We decided to move towards greater balance and sustainability.
The new dance project starts with the story of a Hungarian dancer Balasz Busa who graduated from the prestigious PARTS dance school. Directly after his studies, he joined Rosas – the legendary troupe of choreographer and dancer Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker – but over time lost his relationship to moving in the dance form he was trained. He left everything and became a gardener, falling in love with plants.
Exhaustion and transformation. How does something that can not move live? And have we gone too far in taking the energy resources of our planet and our own bodies for granted? Although the project is international, like the previous dance duet CALL ALICE, it is created remotely through correspondence, voice-messages, Zoom meetings, etc.
