Sodja takes care of dramaturgical and curatorial connections and relationships for specific productions and projects.
She has worked as Artistic Director and Curator of Intersection at the Prague Quadrennial (2011), as Program Director (2007), and earlier as Coordinator of the special project Heart of PQ (2003). Later, she also curated the festival Prague Crossroads at the National Theatre. Her dramaturgy has appeared in independent theatre, dance, and site-specific projects in the Czech Republic, the United States, Brazil, and elsewhere. She has lectured and taught at the Faculty of Fine Arts at Brno University of Technology, the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, Columbia University, the Central School of Speech and Drama, and at numerous festivals and symposia.
